Aim of the Workshop:
An interactive workshop created to gain a deeper understanding of self-compassion, rediscovering your authentic self, reflecting on and re-defining your values, boundaries, self-care practices, and enhancing your capabilities through strength-based practice.

About Natalie
Natalie is a registered counsellor, social worker, and trauma specialist in childhood trauma, grief and loss, abuse recovery and emotional well-being.
