Payments
We kindly ask that all session fees are sorted before we start our session. Without it, we won’t be able to get started. Thanks for taking care of that ahead of time!
Medicare and Discounts
I am currently not covered by Medicare for counselling sessions. However, please speak to me about any financial constraints as I am more than happy to help. Health Care Card and Students can request discounts.
Health Insurance Funding
Some clients may be eligible for coverage of counseling services through their health insurance. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to inquire about potential funding options.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an appointment, kindly give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by phone, text, or email. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% fee, while same-day cancellations will incur a 100% fee.
