Aim: A two-hour informative workshop tailored for individuals ready to embrace a trauma-informed and capacity-building approach. This session will provide tools that prioritize healing and overall well-being, emphasizing that you do not need to be “fixed,” but rather supported from a humanistic perspective.
Questions:
Are you open to exploring a strengths-based approach to your personal development? This method focuses on acknowledging your existing strengths while enhancing your overall well-being.
It is important to remember that you are in control of this process. Although we will discuss various ideas and themes, the ultimate decision rests with you. Engage solely with what resonates with you and aligns with your personal experience.
My Role:
As a Social Worker, Counselor, and Trauma Specialist, I have observed that traditional systems often confine individuals to a state of victimhood rather than fostering empowerment and allowing healing at one’s own pace.
My passion lies in guiding women who are willing to look beyond their existing knowledge and teachings, to consider new perspectives that may enhance their healing journey—what a breakthrough that could be!
Ultimately, I encourage you to choose more for yourself. I invite you to be open to contributing to your own growth and that of others, reinforcing the message that no one is alone in this journey.
Please note: This workshop is not a support group or counselling session. However, if there is sufficient interest, I would be happy to facilitate support groups for women in the future.
