It is essential to understand that holistic counselling should not be viewed as a replacement for psychological counselling, psychotherapy, mental health counselling, or any other type of psychotherapy or medical guidance. Additionally, it is worth noting that Natalie is not a mental health counsellor; however, she can offer, assistance to individuals who have been diagnosed with mental health conditions and preferably work within a care team.
